I started seeing ants in my bathroom in January!! This company was the only one that said to let them in to do an inspection to identify the problem and then deal with it. The technician was amazing, explaining that yes, we had carpenter ants. All the ants are gone, and we have another follow-up in 2 weeks to make sure.
